Oley Valley Family Dentistry

First time at Oley Valley Dentistry, and very impressed throughout the process. I provided our insurance and other information on my first call, and didn’t have to provide it a 2nd or 3rd time, like other places. When I arrived, greeting was nice & easy, no repeating all the information. I got in quickly and was taken care of by a kind lady who was efficient and nice. Dr. Ackinclose was great, too - very professional, nice, and efficient. At the end, I didn’t have to pay the whole thing and get reimbursed by the insurance company. Outstanding all around and my wife set up here first appointment as well. I’d highly recommend them.

Michelle did an amazing job with my dental cleaning! Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. The dentist addressed all my concerns and created a treatment plan tailored to me. Highly recommend this practice for your dental needs!!

I have been going here since I was a kid and have always enjoyed it. But on 8/5/24 I had the best visit since! A new hygienist named Kris made my visit worthwhile! She was very informative. She showed me a better technique for brushing my teeth, explained to me why my gum is receding at a certain spot, and even took pictures of my back teeth to show how I am grinding them at night (and gave me night guard recommendations). They are also great at scheduling to keep my teeth healthy on a regular basis!

I have a definite fear of the dentist after a horrible experience in college. I came to Oley Family Dentistry as a nervous Nelly and left feeling great today. Mel did my cleaning and was seriously the best hygentist I've ever had. She went slow, explained everything so I was comfortable and made sure to check in frequently to make sure I was ok. I am actually looking forward to my 6 month cleaning! Thank you, Mel, for making a huge difference for me! How lucky OVFD is to have someone like you in their office.

From the receptionist that answered the phone and behind the counter to the Tech Kris and her cool hand held X-ray machine to the dentist everyone was amazing and nice. No one likes going to any doctor. But this place made me feel at ease. Great JOB!
