STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! They referred me to an oral surgeon because they were not able to diagnose the problem. The earliest the referral practice could get me in was a month away. ( I cannot wait that long due to the pain I'm in.) I called another practice that could get me in the next day. I then called O'Learys to ask them to send a panoramic X-ray of mine over to the new practice. The receptionist ( I think her name is Diane)was horrible. She immediately had a terrible attitude and questioned why they needed my xray. She said they helped me the previous day by getting me in and that she didn't understand why I would go somewhere else. I told her that I appreciated that but the other practice could get me in the next day, instead of a month away, and are more technologicall

Best dentist I have ever used. From Diane the receptionist who was extremely cordial/friendly to Doctor Gette. Would highly recommend them. They are small but they get the job done with a lot of pride. Had a nightmare experience with Aspen Dental basically just telling me that my mild perodental disease was reason to crown all of my teeth in my mid 30s. They will do what's needed not try to milk your pocket. Diane makes you feel right at home when your in the waiting room. Great job guys!

I have tried over several days to make an appointment here. The phone goes unanswered then eventually the call was disconnected. Elizabeth Gettes was my dentist for several years until forced to change due to insurance -fast forward different carrier I came back; or tried to. Very frustrated I could not get through. Read several other reviews claiming the same difficulty.

I had a filling fall out. They were able to get me right in and it was fixed within 5 minutes. I have severe anxiety from going to the dentist and this was my first time going to them. They are now my dentist. I don’t mind driving from Ohio to see them. They are fabulous!

I am writing on behalf of my brother who is special needs he likes the dentist very much. But we are going to be forced to find someplace else for him to go. Whoever the receptionist is does not want to be bothered to answer the phone. There was a problem with my brother's insurance they tried calling the office for 45 minutes straight. No answer the phone just rings and rings. I had the same problem I called and called no answer. When I finally did get through I was told that they had been having trouble with their phone. The insurance company did get a hold of the receptionist but the receptionist said she couldn't understand her and hung up on her. Then she's asking me to do her leg work and find out where she is supposed to send the claims to. I do believe they need somebody to replace
