Old Town Pediatrics

Although I love this doctors office nurses and pediatrician they’re receptionist are nice but not very competent we told her 4 different times even gave the exact address to the cvs and they still sent my babies meds to Mesquite even though they knew we got our car towed while waiting two hours to be seen with making and appointment they had started going to lunch before even seeing us only saw us because we had to wait for our car towed while waiting for our ride to get there and now we have no way of getting to Mesquite from the colony where we told them to send the prescription

Ever since moving to the Mesquite area from downtown Dallas I have come to this clinic for my annual check up. The wait isn’t too bad and the doctor is amazing at her job. The only thing I would recommend is bettering the phone service. I called and the phone rang for a good 2-3 minutes until it was finally answered at 12:56 pm. I was told to call back at 1 and the lady hung up on me. I understand they have a need for a lunch break but couldn’t they have made an exception for a call 4 minutes until their break ends?

I love the doctors and the staff they are always so friendly and kind to my daughter! The doctor is always very responsive and will even answer after hours when my child is sick and I’m worried! My daughter had a high fever at daycare the other day and the doctor and staff stayed past there closing time just so I can get her in. They take such great care of us when we come. They work hard to ensure that you and your child leave happy. If you are looking please check this place out it feels so welcoming every time we go!!

I would like to HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Sheena P. Nair. The staff are very friendly, I have no insurance and the prices are very reasonable. I came in with a horrible sinus infection and was treat by Dr. Nair and she is very sweet and kind with good bedside manner. She even helped me pull up The Good Rx app, that helped me get my medicine at an affordable price. I appreciate her helpful spirit so much. Even when a few weeks later, I had a horrible skin reaction from what she thinks was the ammoxocillin. She treated me with a shot, Free of Charge for that one time. I thought that was extremely nice and I really like this office and she is a good doctor. (:

This place is HORRIBLE. Every time I bring my twins at their appointment time, it takes them a hour or more to call us to the back and on top of that, my kids never see the same person. My twins are now 8 months and I took them their because they both had a cough and running nose, the lady check their ears and everything and then said there was nothing she could do for their cough and to just use a humidifier. I told her if its medicine over the counter for them I know you can prescribe them something such as antibiotics, well she didn’t, so the next day I found them another doctor, made an appointment for the next day and when she check my babies, they both had strep throat and my daughter had caught an ear infection from it..The new doc then prescribed them antibiotics and Zyrtec.
