Old Post Physical Therapy

Kelly was my PT at a previous location. When she left I never regained the same level of treatment since. I miss her and her treatments. I live in Pennsylvania mostly and.NY part time now and it is hard to do PT in NY. Wish I knew where she had taken her private practice to 6 years ago!

Kelly is an EXCEPTIONAL Physical Therapist! Her attention to detail and her skill set are definitely assisting me with healing. I would recommend her to anyone.

I reached out to Old Post PT to see if there was anything that could be done for my persistent tension headaches. After a brief discussion with the manager (Kelly), I decided to try craniosacral therapy. When I visited for treatment, the therapist (Lynn) took her time to get to know exactly what was ailing me and, through a series of questions about my day-to-day life and prior medical history, identified the likely causes of the headaches. She then proceeded to perform the treatment while going to great lengths to explain to me exactly what she was doing and why. She was very transparent about the fact that there is little research to validate the treatment, particularly in light of the lack of measureable outcomes that exist for other treatments such as those aimed at improving range
