Update 09/02/2025: Four Stars. Have been coming here consistently for the past year and most of the staff are kind & professional. The store is charming, clean, and has a good mix of essentials and local products. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Walked here from a nearby restaurant thinking it was a regular old pharmacy on Google maps, and I was desperate for some allergy medicine since I ate something with lactose in it. There were no prices on the shelves of this place, and the array of products was strangely placed. I got a bottle of water and a single 60 pack of lactaid pills since they didn't have any smaller size, and at any normal store or pharmacy, this is around $15-$20. Welp, I went to pay for it and I was charged $36!!! At this point, almost an hour had gone by since I ate the lactose food and I was desperate to avoid the bad consequences, so I begrudgingly paid rather than risk another 15-30 minutes or more to walk to the next pharmacy. Old Pasadena Pharmacy is my go to neighborhood pharmacy and has been for 7 years. The quality of care and efficiency of this pharmacy is light years ahead of the big chains. They do quick same day shipping, text communication and always greet you with a smile if you show up in person. I recommend them to everyone.
