The doctor is super friendly. He answered all my questions patiently. Both my wife and myself are very happy that we found a pediatrician that we trust. The office is a little hard to find on the busy OCR, but with Google Maps you can't miss it.

Staff and doctors are arrogant. They refused to give a record of my daughter’s vaccination. In this era of ‘tap pay’ they Only accepts cash ? and blame patients for not paying. Not at all recommended. Doesn’t deserve a single star either.

I had made an appointment for my son Richard's physical exam on 04/04/2022, and I brought him to the office on time. However, Dr. Charles L. Bruzzone informed us that the office had made a mistake and he did not have time to perform the physical exam that day. He suggested we make another appointment. Additionally, when my son asked the doctor a question about his hand, Dr. Bruzzone simply said it was okay and not to worry. To my surprise, I later received a bill for the visit, even though nothing was done except wasting our time. I decided to change my son's doctor, but Dr. Charles L. Bruzzone's office has refused to release my son's medical records to the new doctor, despite the new doctor's request made three times. This is a clear violation of my son's patient rights. First of all, you can't even find the place no signs and that parking is an absolute nightmare and then when you make it in it's old and smells musty. Very unprofessional I brought my newborn grandson to them and on my second trip, they decided to tell me they did not except the insurance. Meanwhile, it was an emergency that we were there for the second time waited all day to see the doctor and then they tell me sorry they can't see him. It seems they were more worried about getting paid than anything else so because the girl didn't do her job and look up the insurance my grandson suffered for it.

Both Dr’s and the staff are amazing. They’re always there when you need them, they never make you wait and they are very caring and friendly.
