My experience here was great!! Heather, my nurse, was particularly outstanding! I generally dread going to doctors, not because of the doctors themselves, but because of the nightmare insurance has become. Even before I was able to ask about whether my procedure would be covered, Heather brought it up and said it had already been taken care of. SO impressed by how proactive they were!
experience was great until they call me an hour before my appointment saying they don't take my insurance anymore very upset and think the last minute heads up looks bad on the office
