Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation

My father gets such good care and the staff keeps me informed on the little things and the big things. It’s a very difficult life transition for my father and the staff have been very caring and kind to him, and welcomed his great grand puppy, Millie 💕. I do wish you that telephones were more available, but he does call me from his the nurses station.

My Father was here at Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation for a short-term stay after a brief illness, and the care he received was outstanding. The staff were kind, attentive and supportive throughout his recovery, helping him regain his strength and transition back home smoothly. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and dedication.

Went in to see my mom. Not a good place. Takes almost an hour when she rings her call bell for someone to come. Nurses come in and do half ass job taking care of her and then don't ever come back to give her fresh water or if she asks for something it takes forever to get it. Admins arent good either. Worse place, the hospital was better than this place. I'm thinking about looking into finding her a new home. Update: Now my mom has some bed sores and the nurses aides aren't helping or being nice to her at all. I cant wait to find her another home. It's in the works!

Thank you all for taking such good care of my Uncle and for being so kind! It really makes my heart happy to see how happy he is and how much he enjoys interacting with all of the staff! Thanks for everything! You all make a difference, and I hope that you know that!

The facility is nice and clean. All the staff are very nice. There is a lack of communication between shifts. Staff need training with hearing aides. Would be nice if in the Memory Care unit they would try to get people to participate in activities.
