OHSU Creekside Pharmacy, Beaverton

Extremely disappointed with the refill management here. I routinely run out of essential medications due to their internal delays, forcing me to spend my evenings tracking down after-hours doctors just to bridge the gap. It is a stressful, exhausting cycle that puts my health at risk. While they are quick to offer online apologies, there has been zero actual improvement in their process. A professional pharmacy would be more reliable.

I was told I could pick up medications here. I went inside and the Ladies were very nice in helping me. They said this pharmacy only does mail orders and delivery. They helped me with ordering the meds at another ohsu pharmacy. Called me a few times to let me know the hours, and to call the pharmacy to see if the Meds were going to be available today. I appreciate all their help. They were very nice.

This pharmacy and their services are beyond pathetic. Ever since I have started to get my medication filled through this pharmacy I am always missing my seizure, nerve pain, chronic migraines and anxiety medications almost every month because of the incompetent people working there. I submit my refill request at least 2 weeks before I am out and did the same for this month. I submitted refill request to on 12/23/25 and it is 01/14/26 and I still don’t have any medications. This place can literally kill a person or send them to ER because they cannot do their jobs correctly. There should be no reason to get someone their medication on time if it was requested 2 weeks ago. Will not be getting my medication filled from this pharmacy anymore and all family and friends that get their medication

This pharmacy can't seem to get their shipping methods down.. They claim that medicine requested on Friday evening can't be mailed FedEx by Monday morning.. It doesn't take them too long to compound my medicine. Just trying to make getting our medicine more complicated. Avoid this pharmacy if you can!!! Very inconvenient pharmacy!!

Super frustrating that every prescription requires me to make the request AND a follow up phone call to see when I might receive meds. My chart isn't more or less reliable than calling. Meds can be shipped from Oregon then go to Idaho and Washington before finding their way to my home in Oregon. USPS isn't reliable. It shouldn't be so hard to obtain medications
