OhioHealth Urgent Care New Albany

I had a really great experience here. They were quick and friendly. The nurse and assistant took all my information and gave me a COVID test. The NP WAS WONDERFUL. She listened to me and diagnosed me quickly. She discussed medications and they were sent to my pharmacy quick. Thank you! I will say, I did have an appointment. I called and they had one in about 20 min, where OSU had a 90 minute wait. I’m not sure if an appointment is required or not. That would be advertised better if so.

I run a shop in New Albany and sometimes we have boo boos, this is always where I take my team to get taken care of. They are understanding, quick and caring. I wouldn't leave a teammate somewhere I wasn't comfortable they wouldn't be taken care of. I have no worries here.

The absolute best care and service I've received at Urgent Care. Never have I felt so calm and so well taken care of. The staff and providers are so friendly, warm, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure you're healed. Even if I didn't live in NA, I'd come all the way out here to see them. Exceptional. Check in was seamless no wait we sat just a few minutes diagnostics complete and short wait to be seen meds were sent and ready before I got on the freeway. Absolutely wonderful set up well thought out and applied!
