Dr. Lee is an amazing physician and I believe they will rise in Ohio Health and teach others hope to provide excellent patient care.

I’m currently in the parking lot after leaving from getting my blood drawn here and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Backstory, I hate getting blood drawn because it’s always a hassle and I am a VERY hard stick. I’ve even been sent to other labs to see if anyone can get it. When I tell you RAY got it in one try and it stayed flowing. His energy was great! It was the end of the day and I was a walkin and I had a lot of labs I needed done. He never complained once! It was all smiles and jokes and I didn’t feel like he didn’t want me there and he was ready to get it over with. I don’t wanna go to anyone else for my blood draws ever again, he’s the best

I love my Doctor, but the office staff here is terrible. Considering switching because I always end up leaving angry. I had a 7:45 appointment, but online it says the office doesn’t open until 8, so I showed up at 8, there was a line, so by the time I got up to the desk, it was a few minutes after 8 and I was considered over 15 minutes late and marked as a No Show. Maybe I’m being unreasonable, but that just pisses me off. I have to change my schedule at work to come to appointments, and I’m an established patient. There’s no way they’re that behind schedule by 8 am that I could no longer be seen for a follow up appointment. Forget it, it was a follow up. I’m not even going to bother to reschedule. I bet I get charged for the “no show” appointment too. Our health care system has to change,

Nurse Practitioners seem to do what they want in the office. All paperwork should be reviewed by a MD. As a group this place does not listen to the patients but instead prescribe wrong medication, misdiagnose, and misdirect patients. How can you go home smiling about your work day knowing you put someone’s life at risk! Not recommended!! And now you just Killed him!!

I Love This Place!! Everyone is always so nice and personable!! I have never had any issues with staff or the Physicians.
