Whoever Meko O is decided to cancel my virtual appointment last minute and set up an in person visit the following day, to which I had no clue about I got no warning so of course I missed this appointment. So because of this I had “too many missed appointments “ which led to me not being able to see my primary care doctor anymore. This place is full of people they could care less about their patients. Especially this vile woman. Thanks a lot lady.

Yesterday was the first time I was in this building and I was really impressed with everyone there. I initially went to the kiosk to sign in and while doing so the ladies at the front desk made sure to ask me how I was, they were super friendly and helpful when I needed directions. When I arrived at Dr. Hilty’s office, Sara took me to the back and collected my info, she was also super friendly, when i met the doctor I was so impressed with how he handled my situation. It being my first time, I had a million questions for him and he answered every single one, he didn’t rush me, I also want to comment on how sincere he was in helping me with my mental health needs, for the first time in a long time, I felt heard and I left the office feeling listened too and accomplished. Predatory billing or coding of services to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Insurance companies are obviously also to blame for this, but as practitioners, they should take more responsibility for warning patients of costs (and helping to avoid them). They charged me for the equivalent of two visits when I was only with Dr. Ellis for maybe 10-15 minutes during one appointment. Seems to be as minimal of a focus on patient interaction and care as is allowed. The staff is all very nice, but when it comes to really helping people, they seem to fall short in my experience.

My husband and I are new patients at this Ohio Health office. I saw Dr. Victoria Ellis and she was awesome! Dr Ellis is attentive, kind, thorough making me feel seen, heard. I was impressed she asked great questions and didn’t rush through my new patient visit. The support staff, from the intake desk to the nurses were all very kind and friendly and on our subsequent follow up visits we are having fun getting to know all better. My husband and I attend our appointments together and I got to meet Dr Cody Park also. His appointment was a mirror of mine and I’m so comforted knowing my husband is receiving excellent care as well! All of this things have helped our transition from our beloved physicians much easier. We are recommending our new doctors to everyone!!

Ohio health and quest diagnostics really are two very careless entities that I was misfortunate enough to deal with. I booked online, was given an appointment at the location 300 Polaris PKWY at 11:30. I reached early and waited around at the front desk which was unoccupied. Before a random employee directed me to the lab who insisted that they close at 11:30 so 11:30 appointments are not possible. A kind technician decided to help us and offered to look at our appointment paperwork. She then let us know that they don’t do the test we need at this location and that quest sent us the wrong address !!! Not only did we pay in advance but we also got no blood test. All the phone numbers we could find to reach quest ended up with automated systems which provided no help. QUEST IS A SCAM PLEASE
