Ohio State Urgent Care Rocky Fork Gahanna

I went here because I had been experiencing ln my left leg pain. I also have been dealing with sinus headaches. I saw Dr. Troy🩺🧑‍⚕️🥼🩻. He was very informative about both of my problems. He gave me so much information. He was a very nice person & a nice doctor. 👨‍⚕️ I went in before my appointment ⏰ time there was only one other person in the lobby. I was seen immediately. The facility was very clean. I enjoyed the touch-less water cooler! They provide big cups! 🥤I would go back in a heartbeat.💗💗💗💗💗

What's the point of making an appointment if they are still going to make you wait for an hour to see a doctor? If it had been busy I would have understood - but I was literally one of only two people in the waiting room. If you can't provide Urgent care to 2 people within an hour, you have time management or staffing issues. Will not be returning

Great care and fast! My daughter was bit by a squirrel……yes bit by a squirrel……her finger was torn up and bleeding, we were seen quickly. Billing: we had some issues with billing but because of the amazing billing department issues were resolved quickly as well! Thank you Allison and Angie for being so kind.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THE WORST!! The doctor told my daughter that she couldn’t go to school for the next 7 to 10 days, but didn’t write a school excuse for that amount of time. She was only given a one day excuse! Then when I send my daughter back because she needed a new excuse, because they only gave her one day, an uneducated nurse stepped in to say she was recently seen and didn’t need to be seen again…. Like follow ups appointments aren’t a thing. She needed to get rechecked and get a new excuse… Why not offer to see her again? My child isn’t going to magically get getter in one day after being told to stay home for longer. The end of this story is THEY WOULDN’T SEE HER! If you’re going to give a recommendation to be out for 7 to 10 days, then the doctors excuse should say 7

This location feels very far from other Ohio State medical facilities. Staff write you off, barely examine you and the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. They were more concerned with being on their phone and watching something loud enough for the entire office to hear. There were also conversations happening with staff that felt unprofessional, especially given there was a lobby with a number of sick patients, including myself.
