Ohio State Pharmacy University Hospital - Doan Hall

A guy by the name Levi who works with the Pharmacy is terrible at his job. I unfortunately have to get infusions and have a charge that from 2023 that just appeared on my account. When I questioned this, they sent me to Levi who said he'd take care of this. Instead he cancelled my copay card and put my bill into collections. This charge should have been taken from my copay card, but obviously couldn't since Levi cancelled this without me knowing. Now I have a high bill thanks to Levi in collections. And no one in billing is competent enough to help.

Amanda at the New Albany outpatient pharmacy was very helpful in assisting me to find information for my insurance reimbursement. She went above and beyond!

What a wonderful place with such a helpful staff! I was hunting for a prescription for my daughter because she is always busy working. (She is an OSU employee) I tried everywhere until I finally tried this pharmacy. They not only had the medication with the miligrams needed in stock, they took care of transferring her prescription. They shipped my medication directly to my house with an ice pack to keep it cold. Fastest delivery I have ever received when I get my medicine here. Staff is friendly and refills are easy to complete over the phone.

I had to request a transfer of a prescription to this pharmacy by phone. I was fortunate to reach a very helpful lady named Ariel. She was pleasant and made it so easy for me. Great customer service stands out these days. Thanks for your help Ariel.
