My friend switched from Ohio Pediatrics to a different provider office for her baby. This was because she needed someone who spoke Spanish. Ohio Pediatrics sent Kettering PD to her house. They were banging on the door for quite sometime. Ohio Pediatrics felt it was necessary for them to do a welfare check because there were 2 appointments that were missed. She doesn't speak English. I'm not sure if all patients missed appointments are followed up by police, or if she was singled out.

I have been taking my son here since August of 2024. I have had nothing but a positive experience. My son’s PA John Buchheit is AMAZING with my son. He’s always patient and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have, and explains everything. I have only had positive interactions with the front desk staff as well.

I used this pediatricians office for my child and grandchild that I have, bc it's close to my home. One of the providers there is a constant problem. Tried to say my child had an ear infection when they didn't and told us to "come back tomorrow to confirm the ear infection" with another provider who said "I don't know why Lauren is saying this child has an ear infection, there is literally nothing to indicate an infection of any kind." To making an appt and then when we got there going "ehhh we're pretty busy today so we can't do anything, you'll need to go to an urgent care" THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE THE APPT?! The front desk staff is the WORST staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Heaven forbid life happens and you have to cancel or move an appointment. They will be extremely snippy and short with you. The doctors here are subpar. They diagnosed my daughter with anxiety, which we later found out was a serious lung issue. She was having trouble breathing and they dismissed her like she was being dramatic. They don’t take concerns seriously and would love nothing more than to push you through their revolving door to get you out so they can move on to the next. Steer clear for the well-being of your child!

I can see that I left a review three years ago under my maiden name Alicia Robinson and I gave five stars. Today I’m giving four stars mainly because I’ve had some negative interactions with the office staff/scheduling personnel and business manager, but still going to get four stars because I’ve consistently over three years with my children who are now two and three have had amazing experiences with the providers, mainly Helena Horwitz, who is their primary physician. We have also seen both of the Dr. Freeman‘s and a couple other. The doctors for sick visits. We’ve had really good experiences with those providers as well as the nursing staff for the most part.
