Dr. Brittany Green is an incredibly experienced physician who has treated a variety of complexities. Her bedside manner is excellent, her staff are welcoming and kind. The office is very clean. You will have wonderful care with intelligent and compassionate medical providers.

Dr.Green is professional, thorough, and diligent. She was able to take care of my foot problem the day of my appointment. She conveyed intelligence and honesty. Very personable. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Office facility is nice and the doctor is very knowledgeable but I got my prescription sent to the wrong Kroger (sent to 800 south Hamilton and not 300 South Hamilton like put on my patient profile paperwork) and the office manager said “there’s no Kroger Pharmacy at 300 South Hamilton.” Huh? She was rather dismissive. Have a follow up appointment that I’ll commit to going to but in future I’ll find another podiatrist.

I highly recommend Ohio Foot & Ankle! I was new to them, and had found myself in a very tough mystery foot situation after vacation. I didn't know what to do, and I was hesitant to go to urgicare, ER, or even a general practitioner because I didn't want a misdiagnosis. I couldn't walk on my foot, and there was a big red angry swollen spot that wasn't clear whether it was an injury, infection, or something else. Scheduling was able to fit me in same-day, which I was super grateful for. Dr. Green and every member of her staff were simply incredible and took such good care of me. I felt heard, never felt rushed or "just a number" and was confident that my situation was being treated exactly right. My concerns were heard and considered with respect. I had an overall disappointing experience during my visit. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be both inattentive and unhelpful. I felt that they were quite rude and careless, especially during my exam for orthotics. It appeared that they were unsure about the process, and I was left in the exam room without being informed that I could return to the front to check out at the end of my appointment. The Male Medical Assistant seemed as though he did not want to assist me with anything. Additionally, no clear timeline was given regarding when my orthotics would be ready, which left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated better communication and professionalism. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for future patie
