While everything with my visit was fine, the billing was a huge mess. When Select Health received the claim it was denied because of the billing codes. I get it. Insurance is a pain. But when I asked for simple assistance fixing the problem, I was told that there was nothing they could do. The underlying message was clear "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING." I paid the full amount of the bill. When I asked to get the blood test results that I paid for, I was given a massive run around and told it could take several days. I consider that very shady. I paid 100% for the test. Those results should belong to me. I would not call Ogden Clinic dishonest, but awful dang close.

Dr King is my dad's endocrinologist and his amazing very detailed and personable. His managed to help bring my dad's diabetes down. He explains everything throughly and listens to your concerns. His good at what he does 😁

Beautiful new office… dead vibe. Farmington had a TV. Here? Straight Footloose, 1983, music and TV treated like a sin. Sleek design, sure, but the silence was suffocating. I sat there waiting for DEATH like it was part of my appointment. And forget scrolling, this place is basically beachfront property on the Great Salt Lake. One bar of service, if you’re lucky. So it’s just you, the hum of the HVAC, and some guy’s iPhone taps echoing like Morse code from purgatory. All that money dumped into “modern,” and the lobby experience is still brutal. Even a dentist’s office gives you HGTV reruns and a fish tank. Get some music, a TV, hell… even a water fountain. Anything. Patients shouldn’t flatline from boredom before they see the doctor.

If you want to be lied to and told to pay up, you should come here! The practitioner seemed nice enough, I needed an antibiotic for my baby girl, and was repeatedly lied to about the cost of an office visit. Now the bill has arrived and they are hiding behind a “disclaimer” that they can’t know how much the appointment will actually cost, knowing full well they are going to charge more than they said they would. Of course I’m the Karen now for complaining that no one has been upfront. Spoiler: if anyone tells you it will be $150 to see a practitioner, it will be at least $100 more disguised under “additional services during appointments” when the all the doctor did was check her heart rate and breathing.
