Horrible pharmacy I haven’t got my medication in idk how long. Haven’t got a call nothing it’s very simple every month meds go out.

The worst pharmacy in this universe supposed had my medicine on december the 9 and I just received it on december the 22 this is the last time using this pharmacy

I deleted my negative review from last month. I decided to give them another chance, but again this month I have the same problems. I can't get in touch with my liaison. I call and no answer or they don't return my call or I don't even get a voicemail to leave a message to my liaison. I called in the refill Monday and Wednesday, my leaision still hasn't contacted me. Now she will tell me that my medication will be late. This is the same ol' monthly routine. I've attempted to refill on mychart about 5 times in the past and they claim to never get the refill request. Then if the liaison does call you and you miss the call because it was labeled spam, they won't refill the prescription without you answering their call. It doesn't matter if I need this same medication every month, or if you

My how things change. I went from having great experiences with this pharmacy to nightmare experiences. Last month my medication was scheduled for deluvery without contacting me. I called because I was almost out to find it was scheduled for the next day. This month, I ran out and when I called, was told I had to contact my support person Ciara. When I couldnt reach her they transfered me to her. (Why didnt they do that in the beginning, its enough I called them, why did I have to make a second call?) When transfered, she stated she had been on vacation and she didn' t show where a call was generated for me to schedulea refill. How unprofessional. A person should not have to go through hoops to get their medication. I will be changing pharmacies.

My first medication delivery from them was Humira. It is suppose to be kept cold. It was delivered room temperature. It doesn't seem they practice the standard of care a medication requires. I'll have to see if the next delivery is cold.
