I would leave a worse review if I could. I held back my criticism as I feared it would lead to consequences on my loved one who had to be there alone. But since we are now in the position to take them elsewhere, here is my honest opinion: A majority of the nurses and staff are condescending at best. One of the day-shift nurses snapped at my mother a multitude of times, simple for asking a question. He showed no respect to my elderly relative (the patient) nor to me and my family. I understand nurses have a hard and stressful job, but to direct your passive aggression at people who are worried for their elderly is not okay. I left feedback for this matter, was told I would receive a call to speak about my concerns, and was never reached out to by management. My loved one at this facility do

My mom was just checked into Odelia Healthcare. Everything has been amazing thus far. The men who picked her up from the hospital were super friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean, professionally staffed and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. The check in was quick and easy. This was our first pick for a rehabilitation facility for her and we are happy she is being treated there.

Our 87 are old dad was in about 4wks after a fall. The staff was great with him and he regained his strength to go home. I highly recommend Odelia. The facility is kept clean with constant housekeeping as well. Again great staff.

I made a friend who is a resident there when my church went to sing Christmas carols a couple of weeks ago. The staff were so sincerely pleasant and welcoming when I came back today for a visit. It’s truly a caring, clean, comfortable environment. I complimented it to my new resident friend and she agreed.

I was visiting my MIL while she was there for rehab. Place was very clean. Staff was friendly. There was a minor urine smell in some areas. It was decorated for the holiday. My MIL feels like the staff is nice and genuine compared to a previous facility she stayed. The room was a little cramped with two beds. They seem to have a variety of activities for residents including packets with fun facts, crosswords, etc.
