Front desk receptionist Briana was very personable. The preliminary x-rays and probing were not too uncomfortable. The tech Amber was gentle and made sure I was not hurting. Dr. Kaushik was thorough in explaining what I saw on the x-rays and pictures. Sanitation of utensils and other equipment was thorough. Overall I rate my experience today as "Excellent" service. Thank you, Ocotillo Family Dentistry for a fantastic visit.

Absolutely love this dentist and her whole staff. No need to have any dental procedure nerves because they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Alka really listens to my concerns and makes sure I'm comfortable with every procedure. It's very clean also. They also make sure to get pre-approval from my insurance company so I never get a hidden charge. They get you in quick when you need an appointment and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I'd give them 10 stars 🌟

Dr Kay is amazing. She explains everything beforehand and is very gentle even for people who don’t like going to the dentist. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. Her staff is always very friendly and takes care of everything. There are never any surprises when you get the bill.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a dentist office. The only person who was pleasant was the front office person. Everyone was very fake. The dentist was so rude, refused to fully numb my mouth because she just wanted to rush through and finish fast. The alignment of the teeth was off after the filling and it was apparently taking way too long for the dentist to make right. She kicked me out and told me to just deal with it for a week and come back if it still bothered me. I would NEVER recommend coming here.

It’s been years having a dentist, It’s tucked away in the Walgreens corner. I am glad I check out this place out! The staff is so friendly! The doctor is really nice and knowledgeable . I liked the explain the billing process. Give them a chance you won’t regret it! I will be back soon!
