Ocotillo Dental Care

Easily the most comfortable dental experience I have ever had; And that's coming from someone with a typically bad gag reflex. The hygienists and doctor were very attentive in their care and exceedingly accommodating for patient comfort, answering any questions I had and making especially the X-rays as quick and easy as possible. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this one.

Love this place, you cannot convince me to go anywhere else, despite having moved a good distance away. Dr. Chaffin is thorough and accommodating to anxious patients. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcomed and at home. I cannot express my praise for this office enough.

My first time visit was excellent all around! From the front desk and hygienist, to Dr. Chaffin. The care was phenomenal and as someone with dental trauma, I felt really relaxed. Happy to have found them! -Brenda was AMAZING!!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend! I recently visited this dentist, and to say I’m unimpressed would be an understatement. First off, I had to fill out an incredibly long and detailed new patient application. After all that, I finally saw the dentist, and it became clear pretty quickly that he wasn’t exactly listening to my needs. It just felt awkward.. I asked for quotes on two different treatment options, as I had done over the phone, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. They did a 3D scan, which seemed promising, but then I was told, "We’ll call you with the quotes." Two weeks went by with zero follow-up. Not a single call or email. Completely unprofessional. Most people dread going to the dentist, but when you walk in the door at Ocotillo Dental Care you are immediately greeted with a smile and a big hello, and it doesn't stop there. The entire staff are equally kind and caring and Dr. Chaffin is no exception. He re-did a crown for me and made the entire process painless and constantly checked with me that I was doing OK. You really feel like you are home there. I just love everything about this practice!
