I am very thankful to Elizabeth in Radiology Dept receptionist for taking an extra mile in helping my Dad. We are so overwhelmed with all his doctor and clinic schedule to the point we had the schedule mixed up. She tried her best to any possibilities we can be able to get a better schedule and answers our questions. Thank you Elizabeth for doing the best to accommodate my Dad. This is our first time trying O’Connor services for Radiology and we are so happy about the service. The staff starting from main hospital front desk, radiology receptionist and everyone we come as we walked the in and out are amazing. Thnak you once again

02.25.26 4pm Daddy's Left Hernia Ultrasound at O'Connor Hospital. We walked the entire maze of the hospital after being given a laminated map by front desk staff, but still had to ask a kind doctor and her friend where ultrasound was located, and they were super helpful in guiding us to the correct department, thank you so much to them! Daddy had bilateral hernia surgery 35 years ago. Unfortunately his left side recurred about 10 yrs ago but now is causing discomfort. Hernia Ultrasound Male Indonesian Tech, Kota(?), was so wonderful in caring for dad and taking careful ultrasound of the 5.7cm hernia. Thank you very much to him! This is my go to place and has for decades. I like that I can call in and schedule my x-ray appointment within minutes and get in contact, after one attempt, with a real live person to schedule an appointment. I appreciate this and say this because rumor has it Valley Med has taken over and I'm dreading the changes that may the company change and possibly not being able to call in to schedule. I love the staff, especially the girls when you check in I can't recall the one Asian ladies name but I think the other one is Elizabeth .. and the tech I can't remember her name Rocky or Rickey ? The new younger girl at the front desk of the MRI check in desk is very nice. Very sweet very nice, friendly group of ladies. Thank you for adding to the delight of my life.
