10 out of 10 recommend Oconee Neurology. Connie was very helpful in answering all of my questions and getting my appointments scheduled around my very hectic schedule. Jennifer was just a sweetheart! Dr Wilson was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Overall this office treated me like family! Definitely recommend.

Honestly, Dr Wilson was great when it came to listening to questions and working out a solution for any problems or concerns I had. The biggest and most unacceptable problem I have with this office is the front desk staff. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and despite having followed the instructions on the automated message when calling the office and leaving a voicemail, I’ve not been able to get anyone to call back or follow up. In addition, every time I have spoken to the front desk lady in person, Connie, I have been responded to with unwarranted rude tones and remarks. If I had had any interaction with this front desk before I had my neurological referral put in, I would have chosen somewhere else.

Great people all around. Always smiling and in good spirits. Especially the receptionist, one of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life.
