Great urgent care! The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt well taken care of from start to finish.

My COVID and flu tests were messed up and had to be redone. That seemed unprofessional to me. I waited in the room for over an hour…no idea as to what was going on. The doctor, D Williams, barely looked at me and was in the exam room all of 5 mins. He didn’t even look in my ears or my sinuses. I was told I had something viral and that it should go away on its own. No meds given. After suffering for 4 days with zero improvement and a consistent fever, I went to an ENT and was told I have a bad sinus and throat infection and given a steroid shot and antibiotics. I was told I have puss in the back of my throat. I would NEVER come here again. I feel like the doctor didn’t take his time to fully evaluate what was going on. I’m glad I got a second opinion!

I cannot say enough about this urgent care. They are always so helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Dr Williams is one of my all time favorite doctors. Very knowledgeable, kind and really takes his time with each patient. Janelle at the front desk is the most efficient person I’ve ever encountered at any urgent care I’ve been to and truly went about and beyond to help me. She was not only friendly but took the time to stop what she was doing and assist me in finding a resolution to my concern. If you ever are in need of exceptional care…this is the place to go! Thank y’all for what you do, it does not go unnoticed!!

The visit was awesome. The wait was about an hour, which wasn’t bad considering it’s cold and flu season. Donna was amazing! She was very sweet, funny and informative. The receptionist as well as Dr William were nice also. I will definitely be back just hopefully not too soon.

Brought my 17 year old son to Urgent care on Jefferson highway in River Ridge. We literally only waited two minutes in the lobby and were put in a room. Someone was in there pretty quick to triage . The physician was a lady, I apologize, I don’t recall her name. But that says nothing about her care. She was extremely professional while maintaining an amazing bed side manner. To honest the entire staff was amazing. The care was NOT rushed but expedited. They did lab work and urinalysis in order to give the proper diagnosis rather than give us something to pacify us and tell us to follow up with his primary doctor. It was a great experience when you consider we needed to be seen at noon on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend this clinic. 5 stars for sure!
