Ochsner Pharmacy & Wellness - Ochsner St. Anne

This pharmacy and it's employee's / pharmacists are amazing. They have been able to work miracles getting my medication each month, even when other pharmacies can't. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond repeatedly. Thank you. I highly recommend this establishment and it's definitely worth the commute.

A couple days ago I took the time to write a thoughtful and truthful review to give an accurate account of my experience at this Pharmacy. It was removed by, so I'm writing another review. On Friday, I experienced the worst customer service by the staff person identifying herself as Myling. After, communicating to her some information that I was told by another fellow staff member in a conversation earlier that day, Myling called me a liar staing, she did not appreciate my dishonesty. Mind you, I have witnesses who heard the conversation earlier in the day and it wasn't a big deal if the information I was given was not correct. But to be called dishonest, by a professional person that is support to be part of my care team as a Ochsner patient is disappointing. I have been a Ochsner patient

Great place and people that work there....glad I left CVS and starting getting my meds here
