Wonderful facility, but that didn’t mean everything inside is good. My “cardiologist “ Courtney Guillot ignored my request for an appointment with her and told me to see my PCP for the heart problems I’m having…when my pcp was the one who told me to set up an appointment with my cardiologist. Then her assistant messaged me back on my chart saying sorry but now we have you booked with someone else on the 20th which was 12 days later. I’ve been in the hospital twice since then. Not like she does anything anyways she just says oh your heart is strong. Just because my ejection fraction is good. Doesn’t mean a damn thing especially that I have LVH and you’ve never explained to me one time what the hell that even means but I know trust me because I’ve looked on the Internet.
I suffer from for spinal degenerative disease, because of a back surgery along with a car accident that messed my back right back up, the imaging technicians were extremely understanding and helpful, I can't remember their names but they were the young ladies that were working at around 2:40 on September the 24th, 2025. Whoever is the manager here please give those ladies a raise, we were able to talk to them, they understood my needs and they were more than willing to accommodate me knowing how serious my back is at risk I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I went in there for a CT scan, they made sure I had the proper supports so would not be in danger which was a big relief, mostly because I had to spend a small amount of time and a wheelchair and it didn't look like I was going to
Subject: Feedback on Recent Appointment Experience I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my appointment on today, July 24, 2025, with Rachelle M. Sanders, NP. Unfortunately, I left the visit feeling deeply disappointed and hurt. During the appointment, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I was interrupted multiple times while trying to explain what I was experiencing, and instead of engaging with what I was saying, the doctor appeared dismissive, rolling her eyes, making facial expressions, and speaking in a short, impersonal manner. She seemed more focused on general statistics than actually listening to my specific concerns. This interaction made me feel unheard and invalidated at a time when I was seeking help and clarity. It’s important f
The parking at the Grove for wheelchair accessible vehicles is very limited. Must of the time other none van handicap vehicle are parked in it's spot. Vehicles are parked across the blue strips. Parking has become really bad at this location. I've missed appointments because of parking. Arriving 30 minutes early doesn't always work either.
I recently had my first colonoscopy at Ochsner Medical Complex at The Grove and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standard of care I expected. While the front desk receptionist was professional and welcoming, the remainder of the staff demonstrated a concerning lack of courtesy, compassion, and basic professionalism. Despite sharing that this was my first time having the procedure and me making an effort to engage positively; I was met with an unwelcoming, disengaged atmosphere. I later learned that several patients had canceled for the afternoon, leaving me as their only remaining patient. It was clear that the entire staff and medical team was eager to end their day, as I was rushed through the recovery process despite still feeling groggy from anesthesia. Their priority app
