Keria and Raquel was amazing!!!! Keria took really good care of me even when I was nervous I felt I was in great hands with her and Latasha. After Keria left Erica became my new nurse still haven’t seen her yet!!! I had to use the restroom really bad the gave me something to catch it and I went all over mys of had to seat in it for almost a hour then Raquel came and clean me up and did an amazing job made sure I was comfortable I really appreciate them 3

This hospital has created an environment where it is acceptable for med staff to allow sickle cell patients to SUFFER in pain with no proper pain management. I have observed them completely neglecting the needs of their patients. They simply do not perform good care- good care only comes selectively if they like you. For your safety, do not come here. Unless you want to be neglected and in pain.

It had been a minute since I’ve been there. But the service was great until I got to the back… the person that waited on me said her name was savanna and she was a paramedic… her attitude was so bad and very rude I was already feeling horrible so I didn’t want to make it worse. I understand sometimes people have bad days but when u work in a place like this I think u should try either going to regroup yourself or go home… i felt like i was at earl k long 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

My dad came in with an emergency, only for us to find out he was having liver failure. I just want to thank everyone for their help and support to get him feeling better. The ICU nurses here are probably the best I’ve ever seen in any medical staff. Amanda, Alexis, Jenna and allora all need a raise as they are some of the best of the best. Because of them, my dad is alive and still breathing this day. Thank you to these amazing ICU nurses and staff for everything you’ve done for my family! Absolutely not. Sickle cell patient crying out in pain asking for relief for said pain. Denied because of racism from both doctors and nurses. Refusing to transfer to another facility. This is against the oath of medical health as doctors and nurses have an oath to not cause pain. The said doctors and nurses should be ashamed and have their licenses revoked. I’ll be putting in a word with OSHA as well for the general purpose of the fact that care is being denied and the rest of the staff are in fact endangering the life of the said patient. The doctors and nurses who went to school and paid an enormous amount of money to simply allow a patient is be in pain is not acceptable. To the doctors or nurses treating this said patient, shame on you. You took an oath, you keep to it. You don’t pick
