Ochsner 65 Plus - Bocage

I was looking for a new primary care physician in Baton Rouge and found the holy grail of medical care in ochners new facility and staff. The physician that I saw was Heidi Sinclair and she definitely receives a 7 on a scale of 1 to 5. She expressed concern over my questions about issues , and seemed excited to be helping me. Her medical assistant has followed up twice since the visit which was unheard of with my previous care provider . So if you are tired of being treated like a fast food patient give these amazing people a call. Ochners definitely raised the bar on medical care with this facility and staff assignment. A 5 star plus rating overall

I arrived on a Friday at this Ochsner location in excruciating pain and barely able to walk. I’m an Ochsner patient, but my Primary Care Physician was unavailable and my Ochsner Sports Medicine doctor was in surgery all day. I begged the nurse to let someone see me (my wife is a 65+ member and was there for an appointment). I was told that I needed to go to an emergency room or other facility. So Ochsner’s attitude toward their own customers is “We don’t care how much pain you’re in - we don’t care if you’re an Ochsner patient or not - just go away!” I’ve NEVER been so disgusted with a group of doctors who are supposed to care for human suffering. The whole medical profession should be profoundly ashamed of this bunch!
