Outstanding medical practice! Extremely responsive to patient needs, from Donna at the front desk to the nursing and physician staff. Special shout out to Audrey, she goes above and beyond and obviously takes patient care seriously.

Great doctor with a terribly incompetent team. His office manager Audrey has zero compassion and no leadership abilities. The assistant is inexperienced and lacks communication. None of them work together, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and it leads to inexcusable and life threatening mistakes. I visited them for a uti, I specifically asked them to send my specimen in for a culture and it was not done. So 5 days later I ended up there again. They blindly suggested another antibiotic. It didn't work so I went in again 2 days later and they offered me an antibiotic shot, I googled the shot and it was associated with a medication I'm deathly allergic to. Which they had on file. They were unapologetic. I'm now hospitalized for an infection that should have been resolve

Let me just say this is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! The nurses and doctors are great they really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The wait times aren’t bad at all either. They even called to check up on me the following day. Thanks so much for your help! Will definitely be coming back in the future.
