Me and my animals are truly blessed to have such a compassionate team and service from all the staff members. Thank you all so much. We have been with this clinic for 3 years now and we have always gotten great care and knowledge.

They cared for our Poms abscess on her bottom. Got her in quickly on a Friday (I was a past client), cleaned her up, treated the wound, and gave us a week of meds. They followed up with a phone call on Monday to ask how she was doing. Couldn't have asked for anything more! They were great!

A vet we’d never met prescribed a steroid for our 2-year-old cat, Zeus — against the treatment plan we had discussed with Dr. Lake. That medication caused his death. 💔 We brought Zeus in expecting a consultation about dental extractions. Instead, this vet dismissed our concerns, brushed off what Dr. Lake had recommended, and told us, “It’s not that bad, he’s only two — let’s try this steroid first.” We trusted her. We gave Zeus the medication. And now he’s gone. Zeus should still be here, curled up with his siblings and cuddling with my son. Instead, we’re heartbroken, and my son lost his best friend. 🌈🐾 To be clear: this review is only about the vet who made that decision, not the rest of the staff. But based on what happened to us, I cannot recommend this vet. If you love your pets,

I appreciate the staff at Ocean Shores Animal Hospital. The vet tech, Amanda, who does Willow's nails was the first to be to win Willow over with kindness and patience and a warm towel. At my previous vet their only option for nail trim, was drugs/sedation. I am very grateful that Willow is now able to get her nails trimmed without drugs! Debbie and Stephanie at the front desk are also wonderful.

All staff very pleasant, accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable, love the animals. Very busy. Many local pets, only 1 animal hospital that is close by. Great teamwork. Thank you, Ocean Shores Animal Hospital!
