Ocean PT and Wellness

Michelle is the absolute best. I think I have recommended about a dozen people to see her and my wife and I see her on a regular basis over the past several years. She is essential to our wellbeing and has fixed us more times than I would like to admit. Michelle is sweet, knowledgable, and incredibly talented at her art.

I've been seeing Michelle off-and-on, for about 7 years. I cannot recommend her enough! 10+ out of 10! 1) First of all, her philosophy is to not make you dependent on her, but to teach you what to do (stretches, excersises, posture) yourself so you can get better. I'm saying, she's empowering and looking for her patients to improve, so you won't feel like you are dependent. With me, she's even filmed what I need to do so I won't forget. There was a time when every day, I was looking at my iPhone to walk me through my brief strength/stretch routine, tailored to my problem area. 2) Michelle is so intuitive, she can find the problem rather quickly, and so knowledgeable she can figure out how to address it (and it's not always straightforward as one would think!). 3) She is crazy-strong

I suffer from chronic migraines, and I started seeing Michelle a couple months ago. Since seeing her, my migraines have all but disappeared! Michelle took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, and come up with a plan for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the wellness of her patients. I cannot recommend her clinic enough!

Michelle is an intuitive PT, muscle specialist and massage therapist that has an incredible understanding of the musculoskeletal system. Myself and my family have been her loyal clients for many years , and Michelle has expertly treated injuries both major and minor. This is a no frills experience. Her studio is spartan and simple. It is not bogged down with the trimmings of a fancy spa or PT clinic - if you want those, seek elsewhere! I love both her expert as well as common sense approach to massage therapy. In my times going, no two massages have ever been the same. That speaks to her ability to meet you wherever you’re at.

I have been seeing Michelle Schrader for many years and I think she is an incredible physical therapist. I am an internist and I have literally referred her hundreds of patients over the last several years. She has taken phenomenal care of every one of them.
