Since we are seasoned practitioners we know how important communication is with patients. This is why a staff member is there to take your call at the office or from home 7 days a week from 8 am through the evening. We would like to have the opportunity to discuss any issues you have. I choose this place for my primary, which turned out it was a bad choice. I couldnt get an appointment when i was sick and needed care and they just wanted to sell their iv therapy when i talked to them. The door is literally locked all the time and they dont answer the phone either Since the last time i wrote the review, i have been getting emails from them with different promotions. I tried to unsubscribe but couldn’t do it so i called them, the man in the phone told me that they are not able to stop the emails and i should just block the sender! Unbelievable! I didnt sign up for newsletter, they just used the email what i provided for medical purposes

Very unprofessional practice. I waited three months for an appointment with Dr. Newman. The day finally comes and I am told that Dr. Newman no longer works here and an email was sent out. I drove 45 minutes with a baby in tow! I never received the email because I'm a new patient! Additionally I received a confirmation text confirming the appointment. This is a disorganized mess and I plead with you to stay far away from here.

After a lot of searches, I finally found a place for me to access a naturopathic doctor, Jeff Goodman, who is kind, caring and compassionate and a true expert in his field. I have also received osteopathic manipulations from the specialists at this office and I will be starting massage therapy and primary care to optimize my health and stay balanced.
