I have never had a dental experience like this. The dentist and nurses and support staff were all so effective and efficient that I thought I misheard the time! The doctor is extremely straight forward but still pleasant. She quickly got all the information she needed and did my son’s procedure in no time. The nurse made sure that we knew everything that we needed to do at home. But my favorite part is that she was HONEST! My son has been seen by 3 different dentists in a 3 month span because I knew something wasn’t right or I wasn’t getting the correct info. I was told different things about his condition (told he had no cavities. Then the wrong number). I was referred from a different ocean dental office who also told me incorrect information. Don't be fooled by their bought high score! Here's a few observation from our latest visit: 1. The location is in downtown Norman, weeds smell everywhere, not a kid friendly environment. 2. The only reason this is the only place OU dental insurance allow is because it is extremely cheap! They are "always available", guess why? 3. They will bomb you with emails and texts many days before the appointment, each per day, really annoying! 4. Here's the "best" part, on the day of appointment, when we arrive, the front desk lady cannot be more ignorance. She ask did you change insurance? We did change. Then she said you guys must wait for about an hour before we can verify it. They she lied "we called you yesterday to tell you that". And there no such thing, so she backed out and said "oh, it mus

This place is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. My appt was at 9am and it’s 10:15 and just now got called back. There were people coming in after me and getting called back and seen before me. If you come here make sure you have plenty of time. They are very very slow. The utensils they use to look at your teeth are not even in a sterile pouch they are just sitting there in the open. I refuse to let them put that in my child’s mouth. Very unprofessional and dirty place. Do not recommend at all!!!!

i love this place! They’re really accommodating and warm but still professional. it’s so nice how efficient they are with setting up the appointment, love the staff!

First Visit @ Ocean Dental In Norman Oklahoma. The Building Inside & Out Is Decorated Just Like Going To The Ocean! The Dentist Was Super Patient, Nice, And Knowledgeable. The Staff Was So Friendly! My Daughter's Loved Going Here. I Highly Recommend Taking Your Family Here. Your Family Will Too! They Have TV's For You To Watch While Getting Your Teeth Looked At.
