I visited the site yesterday for pain. The nurse and apn were attentive and informative. I waited 5 minutes to be seen. Very pleased. I took of 1 star because the parking lot is near impossible to exit. Will definitely go back.

Love Dr. DeDona. Met her when I was in a nursing rehab. I asked if she had a regular office, she said yes. Been going to her ever since, now about 4 yrs. When you can get her on the phone she's good. Almost impossible to get her to call you back. That's why I gave her 4 stars.

Dr. DeDona is awesome. Unfortunately you cannot ever see her. The office does not return calls appointments are booked out 3+ months. So you patiently wait for your appointment and then your doctor isn’t in that day & you are told to rebook. Ridiculous. As I mentioned Dr DeDona is superb so you put up with their administrative incompetence but eventually you give up as I did & find a new doctor.

I love Dr Dedona in the brick office, 5 stars I give her, however, the staff in the front office is a little bit off. I work in the medical field and this front office staff is very unprofessional, ( except for 2 of the girls) and every time I call this office for either a Rx refill or papers I need for work I am told nothing has been done and they will leave another message. I feel you shouldn’t have to call back 5 times within a week to get this taken care of. Someone should be calling me back telling me what the status is. I’m going on my 6th call for the week wish me luck!!!! I really like the doctor in this office but if I have to switch because of staffing not competent... I will do so. Update: after a year later I must do an update .. the office has become extremely organized , p

I normally don't have a problem here but when they make a appointment for a serton day and time it should be kept that way. I got a phone call and was told that they had to change my appointment cause the Doctor wasn't going to be in that don't you think that you should get a replacement Doctor in there to take his or her place!! Of course they don't they tell me the next available appointment is two months later and I've already been waiting for three mouths to see the Doctor. There where times when I was in & out and other time I waited for a long time and among others thing. I'm changing my primary Doctor and going else where. Bottom line don't go there if you don't have to!!!
