I had such a wonderful experience here! Dr. Pilones was incredibly friendly and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable at each step. She’s clearly skilled at what she does and genuinely caring toward her patients. The receptionist was also very polite and pleasant, which made the whole visit even more welcoming. The office itself is spotless, with a soothing and cute atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and highly recommend this practice!

After a brief interaction with the receptionist while looking for a new dentist, I’d stay steer clear. They were short, not customer focused, lacked empathy, and seemed like they were actively pushing me to look elsewhere (which I will). If that’s how front of house acts, I’d be concerned about the rest of it.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt so disrespected today when I called to reschedule my appointment. I called at 8am to reschedule but I had to wait until 9 when they opened. I called at 9:16 to reschedule my appointment that was at 9:30am, so I totally understand her frustration and I’m truly apologize for not being able to come in. I just had my new born baby two weeks ago, and I was up all night so I didn’t get rest last night. I seriously couldn’t drive this morning I was to tired and feeling very achy. I couldn’t explain this to Michelle because she was so upset that I wasn’t there at 9:30 she told me she will think about rescheduling me and that she will call me back and literally hung up on my face! I couldn’t believe how rude she was being. This is horrible customer service! I

I used to go to a dentist who would just operate without even informing me what the heck they were planning, felt like he just drilled away at my teeth for the sake of siphoning money, so I sought out a different spot. I found this place off the directory -- the receptionist was cool, and Dr. Michelle was really fun to talk to. She showed me everything she was doing, ensured I was comfortable the entire time she did her work. Pretty happy :) I got my brother to come here as well for his teeth, he vouches for her too.

I have nothing to say but amazing things about Dr. Pilones! She was the only one who was able to diagnosed my cracked teeth after seeing 6 other dentists. I was finally able to get treatment and am doing better. She is so sweet and friendly. She definitely cares about her patients and is so knowledgeable! I recommend everyone to her! I highly recommend Dr. Pilones!
