The same happened to me Exactly what happened to other patients that has give a bad review Their reviews are valid- and true Im currently disputing In 2022 I went to this place they changed me a copay $75 to schedule an Dr appointment- They they changed the Dr appointment to a different date. My insurance paid for urine testing and I paid co pay $75 My insurance in addition paid $50 Later one year later they called me ask for more $50 “ the claim to make a mistake “ they were aggressive- I told her i paid what you demanded $75 plus $50 insurance has paid plus the $200 Now you want more $50 copay I already paid it I put my insurance on the phone with this clinic where the insurance has confirmed they paid them $50 additional. They continue sending me letters with own $50 Not only the

I walked in without an appointment and was called in before I could even finished my paperwork. Both the assistant and Dr helped and answered all my concerns in the best way possible. Very friendly and grateful for your service.

I was seen here. I waited for 30 mins in my room. Before being seen, and was supposed to be prescribed meds, the Dr. Never sent them over on top of that the front never answers there phones. So you can't even follow up with a update on your meds.

Went in and saw a doctor here. She prescribed some medications. Went to pick up my prescription. It was the same medication that I had been using but didn’t work on me. Long story short: called the doctor asap to let her know that med didn’t work. She prescribed me a different one. Nothing else was discussed. Two months later, received a bill for that phone call. Basically, I paid twice for a visit. No warning before, during or after the phone call. Tried to give them a few calls asking for some explanation and for a dispute. Here’s what was given: “The billing starts after the phone call.” Wow “It’s the patient’s responsibility.” Okay “The patient was supposed to tell the doctor what medication they’re using.” If so, she should have told me the name of the med she was giving me too. We visited the clinic while on vacation. My son had an infected toe. His toe was handled fine, but expensively (the visit was $250, compared to the $100 our local UC charges). When I called with a follow-up issue they were unhelpful.
