You will be hard pressed to find a better massage therapist. In the past I owned a massage center, I have had 30+ massage therapists provide a massage. In comparison, Shelby has the inntate ability to find and work out trouble spots. She is also firm without being painful, which I cannot say for others. Shelby is one of the best massage therapists in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Shelby is one of the best therapists I have EVER been to. I took a BAD fall, a few years back. Broke bones, fractured 3 vertebrae. When my lower back pain flares up, nothing has helped. I started my treatment with Shelby a few years back and my body is so much better off for it. She listens to exactly what I “think” I need and what my body needs. She communicates throughout the massage, gives off the most relaxing energy and I look forward to getting on her table all the time. She is booked out for weeks because word has gotten out how great she is. On a personal note as well, she has this ability to make you trust her and end up telling her all sorts of emotional baggage on the table. Shelby understands the subtle limits of therapeutic massage. I hadn't received bodywork for a rather long time and she knew just when we reached the line of overtreatment. My key complaints were thoroughly addressed and I have felt distinct improvement. I look forward to visiting again!
