First and foremost, I was so pleased to walk in and see a smiling front desk!! (We have such bad luck with front desk people in all medical fields, so this was a breath of fresh air) We worked specifically with Erin and she is so wonderful. My daughter had her first consult appointment (referred by our Dentist: Avalon Dental) and the appointment itself went great!! Erin was so great with my daughter and myself and answered all of our questions. We then met with Dr. Scott who explained everything in a way my 10 year old would understand. My kiddo then got a tour of the office and a free slushie!! My kid absolutely loved the office and the people so much that we committed to her braces plan right then and there. My name is Dimitri, and I have been working with Oasis for nearly a year. Pros: Dr. Day is a military veteran and a seasoned Doctor. I am grateful to him for helping me with my teeth. Staff are kind, courteous, and compassionate. Appointments are consistently on time all the time. I always appreciate the concessions (water, chapstick, etc.). Easy to find location. I appreciate the payment options. Easy to schedule appointments. Staff celebrated my graduation from braces. It was so, so nice. Cons: NONE.

My son Quincy has been seeing Dr. Day, Erin, and his wonderful staff at Oasis for the past year for phase 1 of his orthodontic tx. From the start, the staff made my son very comfortable and welcomed. The office is spotless, calm, and has a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Day is very professional and takes the time to explain very step of the treatment. The assistants and front desk team are always kind, efficient, and accommodating with scheduling as well. I highly recommend Oasis Orthodontics to anyone considering braces or clear aligners!
