I think it’s important to note the bad reviews seem to be from misunderstandings on the customer’s side. There can be a bit of a language barrier, so ask questions if you’re unsure what you’re agreeing to. Just like at any other business, upsells and upgrades will cost more. And to those complaining about the painful massage: the sign at the front desk clearly states deep tissue. Just speak up if you’re uncomfortable. I was asked multiple times if the pressure was okay. Please don’t give a bad review because they did not read your mind. With that said, these massage therapists do a phenomenal and thorough job each time. They put in incredible effort and work very hard. They are experienced and knowledgeable at what they do. I go here to relieve tightness, knots, and pain. And they target

I'm really disappointed. I feel manipulated. I called to schedule an appt for a 90min full body and then 30min reflexology. I was running late and called before my exact time to make them aware and they said OK. However when I went into the room it was one woman waiting then another came when I was faced down and asked if I wanted two people for massage which meant 4 hands and I said yes, thinking that this meant I'd have two people doing the 90mins. The other woman said 2hrs total and I said, no I want 90mins full body and 30mins reflexology (definitely said this twice) and she said OK I know. So the massage began and it was nice to have two, though they were doing different things and most of the massage was through the sheet. Then I noticed they were on my feet and I knew it wasn't over

I pay for 1 hour and they just give me 40 min massage then start to ask for make more time massage bother the enjoyment time and when is time to pay they ask for more tip. Oasis You guys need to listen what the customer want and that is if the customer want more they go to let you know for more! This was bad experience fr me.

Booked for a couples massage and this was rough we asked for relaxation I was very specific about not giving me deep tissue and she didn’t listen I said it like 2 time while massing me a still. I said I didn’t want the oil that cost 10 dollars more a she still used it on me and charged smh. My husband didnt want deep tissue neither and she drilled him and left him in pain. They used the hot stone on my husband and I and we were both burnt and my husband worse than me. We will not be coming back.

Oasis is awesome! All the therapists are in tune with all muscles in the body and they use various massage modalities based on each individual client's specific needs. This is real deep tissue and I always leave feeling relaxed and pain-free. Cindy is my go-to therapist but they're all fantastic!
