What a wonderful place! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The office is beautiful and calming. Sue did a fantastic job evaluating and cleaning my teeth. She explained all the imaging and scans , pointing out areas of concern and providing solutions. She is a wealth of knowledge and extremely personable. Dr Scholes was wonderful as well. I recently made an unplanned visit to Oakwood Dental Office with a broken front tooth. I had a scheduled visit the latter part of December but they gratefully worked me in to an appointment early the next morning. I was very concerned that the tooth might break and would involve some serious repairs. Rather than doing a crown Dr.Scholes said “let’s do a filling and see how that would workout,” and if not an expensive crown would be required. Of course I was very pleased with the filling which feels good and looks good. The staff from the front office to the dental assistants were outstanding and very friendly and caring. I really appreciated the quick service and it was good working with a Dental business that does not try selling you a Cadillac when a Ford will do the proper job. I highly

It was amazingly stress free. The staff is very friendly and they made me feel like family. One extraction and one filling done in a very stress free and friendly environment. Time went by so quick, I didn’t notice it was already done! This is the type of dental service I need; fast, friendly and stress free. My husband and I are very happy with the way we are treated and will come here for all our teeth work from here forward. Very supportive staff.

Our entire family of 5 has been going to Oakwood/Jones Family Dentistry for about 20 years. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I got a text today requesting for a review. I had called ahead letting them know we no longer have corporate dental insurance. We were quoted $248 for cleaning, x-rays, digital scan and exam for each of our family member. We also needed to purchase their discount program for $189. I paid the $189 and then went back for x-rays. After the scans they let me know they would not do a regular cleaning because a deep cleaning was required, which was going to be a lot more than the $248. I felt scammed, and I did talk to Brittany letting her know. If this had been explained ahead of time that this was possible then I would have had no issues and waited until we h
