Oakview Animal Hospital

The entire staff is amazing. The tech, the reception, and especially Dr. Gabby. I was having trouble with my older dog and new puppy getting along and Dr. Gabby gave me some very good info on how to handle it. After following her advice they are getting along much better. My doggos are always well taken care of by Oakview Animal Hospital.

Things at Oakview Animal Hospital went from WONDERFUL to HORRIBLE in one visit. On previous visits, the staff were absolutely wonderful. We recently had to put our beloved senior loved one to sleep. The staff was very compassionate, we even received a condolence card in the mail. Today 2/19 we had an appointment for our new puppy for 10:10am, this was our first appointment with our new puppy. We were let in the procedure room on time. There did not appear very busy. The staff gave us no indication that they were running behind. We waited patiently in the room for 35 minutes, our puppy was getting antsy to say the least.Absolutely no one came in the room to see how we were doing, nor did they stop in and assure us that they would be in shortly or anything. Easily accessible from the Main Road, Minton and not far from Palm Bay Rd. Adequate Free Parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The facility was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. We had an appointment and it went well. Mickey who took us in was a pleasure to deal with as well as the Doctor. They both answered all of our questions and made suggestions for the care of our Kitten. An all around Great visit and I would recommend them for you pet care and needs! A+ Made another well visit and for shots as before a pleasure to deal with Mike and the Doctor took great care of us

The staff is awesome and I love Bailey's Dr. (Dr. Shurtliff) She is so nice!!! Melissa is the most caring person. She calls to check on your pets (I have 3 with my parents' dogs) Bailey had to have surgery and I was so scared with her anesthesia. But Melissa ate her lunch with Bailey, just so she would not be alone. Bailey is a 7 year old spoiled Golden Retriever & very needy. I can't say enough about this office! And if you are lucky enough to become a patient, the Dr.'s and staff will treat you like family. Rosie & Bailey pictured.

Dr shurtliff, lysette, melody. Christine. Holly and Nora always took such good care of my little girls. If I forgot anyone, please forgive me. This is all still so new Both passed away recently. I just wanted the office to know how appreciative I am, for all they did.
