Oakridge Dental San Jose

I’ve called to reschedule a couple times because I was feeling under the weather and didn’t want to get anyone else sick. The office attendant just tried to charge me $100 to reschedule an appointment I’ve already paid full price for the service. I called an hour before my pre paid appointment to let them know I have a cough and fever. And instead of rescheduling me I was told I’d be charged $100 or I couldn’t reschedule. I’ve already paid for my service so when I’m feeling better I will be visiting this establishment immediately to express my concerns. Any other dental office recommendations would be appreciated

Best dental clinic I have ever been to! I’ve been coming to this dental office for the past 5 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. If I could leave 15 stars I would have. I’ve had a troublesome tooth that tends to flare up once a year, always at the worst possible time — but every single time, they’ve been there for me. This is by far the best dental experience I have had , very professional and knowledgeable Dentist, Dr. Vahid he is absolutely fantastic and made me feel so comfortable during the very difficult Root Canal procedure i had.
