This pharmacy seems doesn't care about customers. They don't care or have time to answer your questions. They never calls you if there is some issue with your prescription. Never calls to our doctor in our behalf. The girl there sounds like lazy and don't want to do her job. Owner guy is always there but he also sounds the same. The previous owner of this place was an excellent and very respectful but unfortunately he has sold this place to this inexperienced ppl.

went to buy a Himalaya Liver 52 DS bottle & the lady whom i saw first time at the counter was rude, is telling me that she needs a prescription for that. I was shocked 😳 for ayurvedic medicine 💊 u asking prescription. I told her all the grocery store are selling on the counters but they don’t have Liver 52 DS but she said i can’t give . This Lady needs a more better knowledge for pharmaceutical also not to be so rude to the customers. Also to let u know even walgreens sells that on counter but it’s permanently closed.

I had a very positive experience at Oak Tree Drugs' pharmacy. It was my first visit and I was quite impressed with the service and ambience. I was in for a medical device that wasn't available at other pharmacies but thankfully Oak tree Drugs had one. The staff member I spoke to was quite polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave a thorough demonstration of how to set up and use the device. I was very impressed with the service. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Started coming to this pharmacy since they opened and they are the best in town! The staff is great and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to all friends and family! They always answer my questions and make me feel at ease! They are super friendly and easy to talk to! Nishit is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the process in both English and Gujarati!! Come and get all your pharmaceutical needs here at Oak Tree Drugs!!

I switched from one of the big chain drugstores (Walgreens) to Oak tree Drugs a few months ago and I'm glad I did. The staff is really kind and efficient. They remember my name and always have my prescriptions ready within a few minutes. I highly recommend this pharmacy! It's nice to walk into a pharmacy where the staff remembers you.
