The building is well kept, but I only ever see one maintenance worker ever. Each time I go to see a family member/friend, I only ever see the same maintenance guy, I believe his name was Eric, and come to find out he’s not even the manager. He is extremely personable and will explain everything to you. I don’t think he gets the credit that he deserves, and I think anyone who gets the chance of talking to him will walk away with a smile on their face.

I had the pleasure of having my father stay at Oak Ridge Rehab & Healthcare Center for Rehab after a Triple Bypass Surgery. I am so grateful for the care and support we received during his time there. From the very beginning, it was so easy to interact with the staff—they were always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we needed. The administrator, Korn, was especially amazing. She was incredibly down-to-earth, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to make sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure my father’s comfort. It was clear that she truly cares about both the residents and their families, which made the experience much more reassuring. This facility is amazing. From the administrator, admissions and down to the support staff. The lady that sits in the front lobby (I think her name is Marcia?) is awesome. She's always friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. My mother in law is very happy there which is great. I prefer her there instead of with us. Keep up the great job.

If you want a family setting come here. The nursing staff are wonderful and really all the staff have been great to deal with. It's a very clean setting compared to other facilities I have been in. The therapy in a short time has tripled my strength ability. I appreciate everyone here. This is my second time here and if I ever need therapy again I would certainly come back to Oak Ridge.
