Oak Park Place Albert Lea

Mary Nelson, Mark Hangge and Marilyn Kiser adult kids of Ray and Jeanne Hangge checked them into Oak Park Place in Albert Lea on December 3rd, 2025. After an extensive search for assisted living facilities in Albert Lea, we all decided Oak Park Place was the best fit for them. At 96 and 95, it was time to move them to a place with available on site medical care. We are very pleased with the attention to detail. Sindi was wonderful and caring throughout the entire process. Other staff members are very friendly and courteous. We are happy for them to begin their next phase in a great place with great people!

I have lived here at Oak Park Place in Albert Lea for almost two years. Jill at the front desk is very friendly, always willing to help and is reliable. When you first walk in it feels like a home. I like the people and the workers. They are friendly and always have a smile. They clean my room and do my laundry every week. The food is really good and the kitchen staff is friendly. They have activities, exercise, crafts, outings and will take us to Walmart or The Dollar Tree. They keep us busy so we don't get bored. We do walks together also. The staff will always stop and say hi with a smile and if i have any questions they always answer them. They check up on us to make sure we are okay. The maintenance guys are always there to help us if we need something fixed or repaired. Th

Our experience of reserving a spot for our mother at Oak Park Place was very positive. Sindi Fulton, director of sales, was very accommodating. We were pleased that she could set the move in date to meet our schedule. On move in day the maintenance staff was excellent in meeting all our needs. Our mother was apprehensive about moving to assisted living but the warm welcome has eased the transition. Many thanks!

I am a local contractor and I was hired to do some repairs. While I was there Al Remel the lead maintenance man was walking me around and i was surprised how much he knew about the residents and the care he showed them. I was introduced to some of the staff so they knew what I was doing there. You could feel the love for there residents it permeated the building. I pray that my children will one day.Put me in a place like this

Oak Park Place in Albert lea is a wonderful place. It is run by kind and caring individuals. I would absolutely recommend you checking this place out for your loved one. I have seen firsthand that the residents here are happy and well taken care of. I have also worked side by side with the staff, who care deeply about the community and the seniors as a whole.
