OAK HILL PHARMACY

I've dealt with this pharmacy for years they were great all through the years if all the pharmacies didn't have the medicine my wife was looking for they did and not only that they would accept partial payments like visa and card all the pharmacies I couldn't do that the staff is nice everybody there is friendly my only issue is this the hours of operation something has to be done about that the voice messaging system when you call and they can't get to the phone says 6:00 p.m. that's not true it's really 5:00 p.m. but even if you show up at 4:30 sometimes Don leaves early you really got a call before you go but other than that everything's great

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. They always have my prescriptions in stock,never give me a hard time and are always willing to laugh and crack jokes with me(or possibly at me but either way). They've even gone out of their way to help me out a few times when I needed it. I've never had a single problem with them especially when I bring in Dunkin Doughnuts. The only complaint I have is Joby won't let me drive his Porsche!!!

This pharmacy is an Amazon hub to pick up your packages from Amazon and not have to pay for shipping. Girl behind counter wouldn't give me my package because i didn't have an Amazon bar code in my messages. I tried to explain that it's a numerical code ...not a bar code. She should have known that if it's a barcode she would have to had equipment to check the barcode with from Amazon. She ended up sending my package back to Amazon. Sorry but these kids today do not know how to take instructions. I hope she's not helping to fill prescriptions. Turned her into Amazon

This locations employees are very friendly. They work hard to make sure that your needs are met and that your prescriptions are accurate and they do not interact adversely with other prescriptions. They also sell durable medical equipment and products. If you're looking for it and you can't find it at a regular drugstore go see these people. More than likely they will have what you need.

Will never go here again. The pharmacist claimed my insurance would not cover a certain generic medication that they have covered for years, and forced me to pay cash by refusing to give my scripts back to me because I asked for a specific generic. When I contacted my insurance and gave them the information, they ran it and said yes they do cover it... they tried calling him to question as to why, and was repeatedly hung up on by the pharmacist. He is very pushy and not professional at all!!
