O2 Dental Group of Fayetteville

I had an amazing experience at the dental clinic these past two days. I was referred through the Army, and from the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and patient with me. My hygienist, Katlin Russell (I think was her full name) :) , was absolutely wonderful. As an active-duty soldier, I hadn’t had a cleaning in two years and honestly felt pretty insecure about it. Katlyn made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Growing up, I didn’t always have the best dental care, so taking care of my teeth now means a lot to me. Katlyn not only cleaned my teeth with care but also gave me thoughtful recommendations that I truly took to heart. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism more than I can say. I grew up not minding going to the dentist but then had several bad experiences at another chain local dentist office. I've been really nervous to go back. O2 dental has helped me feel less nervous. My hygienist, Kaitlyn, has been the best. She makes me feel comfortable and listens to me. I appreciate her care so much. The whole staff and doctor are amazing and I will be going there from now on if the service stays the same.

The staff is always so nice, patient, and informative. Big shout out to Tywana. She was doing the cleaning for my daughter. Daughter has braces so she was very proactive when it came to giving us steps to putting fluoride once we went back to the ortho office to get her wires put back on (since the fluoride would've left gunk on the teeth leaving it for the ortho office to have to work around/clean it off. Her positive energy and motivational story made us feel motivated for our futures.

I’ve been going to this dentist office for almost 2 years now and wanted to give it enough time before I gave an honest review. My review is mostly positive, but I do have 2 cons. Cons: 1) Usually when I’ve called whoever has answered the phone has been professional. However, I would say in the last few months when I’ve called it sounds like the same female answering who has been rude, snarky and very short when answering questions. 2) Although I provided X-rays taken less than 30 days I was told I would need to pay $350 out of my pocket for each of my children to retake X-rays before they could become a patient there. Pros: 1) Andrea has been my hygienist and one of the reasons I remain a patient there. She is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great guidance. Andr

I highly recommend Dr. O and his team! I had a dental emergency along with severe anxiety. From the very first call to leaving my appointment, they were professional and genuine. You can tell when staff truly loves their job and the practice, and this team is fantastic. They supported me through my anxiety and panic attack, being there for me every step of the way and making me as comfortable as possible. I've had bad experiences at the dentist that scarred me for life, but Dr. O and the women at O2 helped me overcome my fears, and now I'm happy to return for my next appointment. 10/10!!
