Unprofessional service! Got a call my son’s (a baby) medicines were ready, so I decided to go thru the Drive-Thru for pick up & I was waiting for about 15-20 minutes behind a Black SUV Tahoe. Since I could no longer reverse & get off instead to pick up the medications due to line & being stuck in the middle of two vehicles, I decided to call the Pharmacy & let them know about the issue. And the lady on the phone say’s “Oh yes the Black SUV is waiting for their medications that are not ready.” I personally think if medications are not ready, they should have the cars park for a faster and smoother service for the drive-through and not have people wait so long very unprofessional service!
Staff is super friendly, fast,fast service and delivery 👏 Pharmacy Tech. Melida Rodriguez goes above and beyond to better serve me. So,so happy and grateful to O.K. Pharmacy for meeting my needs. Ms.Rodriguez transferred all my information from my other pharmacy that did not deliver my meds. Excellent, Excellent. Highly Recommend.
