My visit today was by far the best dental experience of my life! Everyone in this office is absolutely LOVELY, attentive, and professional. This was a pain free root canal visit, coming from a very anxious patient. The vibe of the office was calming and warm. I can't recommend this office enough.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nuva Smile! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was so kind and accommodating. Tatiana checked my teeth and reassured me that everything looked great, which made me feel so much better since I often worry I don’t do enough for my teeth. Rebecca, the assistant, was truly amazing. I usually get nervous at dental visits, but she was so positive, calm, and professional. She explained every step of the cleaning, which really helped me relax, and she did such a thorough job. The front desk manager, Sue, went above and beyond to fit me in with a next-day appointment that worked with my schedule. That was such a huge help and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I’ve been a patient of this dental practice for years at their Elmwood Park location and always had great experiences. I decided to try the Fort Lee office today, and the doctor and assistant were both amazing, kind, attentive, and genuinely took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely ruined it. Laly(Lali), who answered the phone, was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel like asking simple questions was a burden. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and downright disrespectful, the kind of energy that makes patients feel unwelcome. It’s honestly a shame, because the clinical team was fantastic, but her behavior alone would make me think twice before returning to this location.

Let's just say it wasn't a pleasant experience coming here. I knew I was going be about 15 minutes late so I called to inform them and I was told OK fine come on in. However when I arrived , a different receptionist lady tells me that she had called me and that they had switched my appointment from 10am to 9:45 but remind you I didn't get a missed call from them until like 9:54 it's on my call log. And she was low key nasty with her delivery telling me that I'm 16 minutes past the original appointment time and get this I wasn't even talking to her at first when I walked in i was dealing with a older white lady the same lady that answered the phone .So this older Asian lady with green glasses jumped in and told me what I had stated in the beginning of the review. So it didn't really add up

I'm going to make another comment. But I'm Denna Santos, who made the recent comment, and you respond that there is no employee with that name and no record of my children. My two children went there, and I'm going to report you to the insurance company because the insurance company that paid knows they went there. And another thing, I even have a cup and cap of yours that you gave me at my last appointment. You are extremely liars and dishonest. I hope no family or person goes through the same thing!
