I received a call right away, the front desk was extremely friendly, and the paperwork was simple—everything was sent straight to my phone to complete for new patient . The staff gave me good vibes immediately. I arrived and front desk was being welcoming and nice. There was a short wait for the doctor, but I didn’t mind at all since I was told she’s in high demand. They were also very accommodating with my work schedule, which I appreciated. When I finally met the doctor, she exceeded every expectation. I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Rafee and their staff. Everyone made me feel comfortable and not rushed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Dr. Rafee has a great touch and I didn’t even feel the needle when I was getting numbed up. Definitely recommend this office for all of your dental needs!!
